Does it have to be a PC? A series S will run Fortnite far better than a £350 PC. Even with a top end PC Fortnite can be a pain after an update, god knows what it's like running on integrated graphics.

For that budget a console would be the better choice.
Both Fortnite & Roblox can be played on low spec PCs without a dedicated GPU, however it'll look & play poorly.
It'll run on low spec hardware, however I would suggest 8th gen intel being the minimum starting point, 4GB RAM would be the lowest, however 8GB & 16GB is so cheap these days there would be no excuse. A dedicated GPU can be had for under £100 from CEX and it would allow for 1080 resolutions - really a must for Fortnite (It makes a huge difference when you can see targets in the distance!)
