Perfect OP, thank you very much. I have ASY 6 at the back (fitted late last year) and the ASY 5 at the front were getting a bit "tyred" (geddit) and the other day I had a tense moment when they aquaplaned at high speed on the motorway (and they're still well legal and passed an MOT only a month ago).

Classic sign of an inexperienced driver, not adjusting their speed for the conditions.

I have these and don't regret them one bit, they're so much more quiet than my old Bridgestone Turanza tyres.

I know exactly what you are talking about Casper. My car originally came with some Kuhmo tyres and the noise was awful. I then changed to some Dunlop Blueresponce Sport, and it was like driving a different car.

I've now risked another set of Kuhmo as they were such a good deal, and thankfully they have come a long way in the last 8 years, as they aren't bad at all.

    What’s the best price for 235 / 60R18

Thanks for the heads up. Mine are always more expensive. Guessing the size isn’t as common?

Even though they don't discount my tyre size in Goodyear they do have several other brands at 10% off during the Bank holiday period from 1st to 8th May inclusive.

10% off if you buy 2 that is! (edited)

My current tyres are 225/60 R18. Will these be ok? What’s the difference between 40 and 60?
    bebetositu's avatar
I would like to know too, mine is 225/50 R18. According to the size guide, the difference might be the car positions higher or lower? it should fit? Please can someone who has more knowledge to explain please?

As these show up as summer tyres what are peoples experience of these in the winter?

Just had 4 of these fitted from Halfords for £320 😬 with the SmartSpending vouchers. Fantastic tyres.

What's the difference between these and the asymmetric 3? £10 difference and the 3s have better fuel efficiency rating (A vs C) same weather & noise
