Do I get 2-3 years warranty in UK if I buy this?
    Dooley_doo's avatar
I don't think so. The Sony offer for an extra year is only valid on purchases made in UK, Ireland, France and Germany according to their website.

Did anybody here ordered, received and got deposit fee £29 back?

I doubt you'd get anything back given that VAT is 20% on imports. You only get back something if the import duty ends up being less than that deposit as far as I know.

Shopping costs for UK delivery, is the important fee deposit paid back?

The good thing I think about Sony v Apple AirPods is you can change the battery yourself

    Do these have removable batteries?

Is the noise cancelling on these similar to the XM3?

these have a habit of wiggling about in the case ,and connecting to phone , stopping wireless android auto or diverting sound from a speaker to headphones, etc.

To stop it I had to put a small amount of blue tack in the top area of case above each earbud

I was going to post a refurb deal for £149, but they sold out. Sony Centre Direct. 😞
Not sure how I feel about refurbs though. (edited)

I decided to get a pair from Sony directly for £233.10 with a discount via my employer. The 3 year warranty upgrade offer which is available right now felt like it was with the extra £50
