sorted by- FYI as there’s a code underneath this may be single use only
- Anyone want to share the barcode here? So we can all see what it looks like.
Ideally two people share their barcodes so we can check if they are identical.
Often NT special offer barcodes are identical and easily shared. Presumably, they just want the visitor numbers up so they can make some revenue from parking and overpriced food/drink at their locations. They are not identical, or at least mine differs from the one below. - Anyone possibly a national trust member already and not in need of this mind sending me one please? I’m actually going tomorrow so would be really helpful saving!I think the T&C's exclude Bank Holidays and BH weekends so it wouldn't be valid over the Easter weekend.
- This is what discrimination against customers who do not have a Smart meter looks like
- Thanks for this, but the link doesn't workIt's under the offers in the octopus app or website in the octoplus section
- I just get an error page
- Can’t find the offer on my app nor on the website even if I log inAuthorOn the app from the home screen click the octoplus icon on the bottom right of your screen, from there scroll down and under the free Greggs drink there are 2 free day out offers (edited)
- Free entry for two people only. Not great for families.Under 5s are free.
- Hoping to go to a property on Monday so any spare codes appreciated. Will return with any priority needs! It says Excluding Bank Holidays in the info within this post so I think you should double check before setting out.
- Does anyone know if we can use this today? Being a bank holiday weekend.No.. Not on any bank holidays
- No good for me. I have app and smart meter. Not sure about half hourly readings as I cant find how to change. Nothing on app or website to tell me. I get the spin wheel but its always 0.
- It's a pity that Octopus can't sort out their customer service complaints rather than offer unconnected gimmicksI would counter that Octopus have the best customer service of any energy provider I have been with.
- The link does not work. Tried it at least 15 times but in vain.Just open your Octopus app and click on Octoplus in the bott right and scroll down to find the offer
- Not Scotland….
Edit - Scotland is covered under a separate offer. (edited) - Thanks! Claimed also a free coffee at Greggs on the octoplus tab! Might make a stop off on the way to a national trust property 😁
- thanks for the heads up OP!
Was dead easy to find and activate 🏽 - Many thanks
- It worked for me!
- I see the bar code is identical on all the national trust passes
- Anyone kindly got a national trust pass going spare just in case the others have been used? Thanks! Happy to share Greggs or £1 Nero codes or a free bag of chocolates from co-op
Edit. Scanned a barcode worked fine (edited) - I'm getting this error :/
- Works find through octopoints in the app
- Does it work only for smart meter customers?Yes.
- You have to opt in to octoplus to reveal offers
- I am probably being thick but this says free until 18th April and then 6000 points but voucher goes to 28th May.
Does that mean if you use after 18th April they will take 6000 points off you? Or will these be deducted even if not used.
Or does it mean you have up to 18th April to claim for free and then can use up to 28th May? (edited)AuthorIt says in the terms and conditions the code is valid for up to 8 weeks after activating.
I would assume once you get the free one they can't take points away from you. I also haven't even made that many points so they definitely can't deduct that from me. - If the requirements is the same as the saving sessions- then I believe the only way you will get this is if you have direct debit setup.
If like me you don't and pay the bills when generated, you are not eligible.I do the same, pay when billed as want my AMEX points. I just cancel and set up the DD each month to still get the points. - Heat OP. Just to let you know it's just called the 'National Trust' outside of Scotland. As might confuse those looking to redeem in Wales or NI.
- Just add the extra ' octoplus/partner/offers' when logged in. example
octopus.energy/das…ers
(edited) - Thanks.
- Brilliant, thank you.
- If anyone has a spare code/barcode, I'd love one!
- If you need a Scotland code I can give mine let me know I’ll send one to first person who asks (edited)Yes pls
- I can't see a code on my dashboard
What am I doing wrong? No octoplus - Anyone with a spare code they are not going to use l would be very grateful for it. Thanks
- To check expiry, if you want to go later in the summer the 8 weeks to start using begins when you claim the pass?
And the promo says can claim up to April 18…
HOWEVER it also says ‘only 25000 passes available’ - - hence I presume they will all go well before then, and the free offer be removed?! - If anyone wants my code lemme knowCould you send me it please
- It's not free.
- Anyone have a spare code? Thank you.
- Hello
Like others asking if anyone has a spare code they will not be using. Thanks (edited) - Tried to get a smart meter from Octopus guy turned up looked at the sky and said it's going to rain got back in his van and he drove off. They also cancelled my standing order. Try getting that reinstated!!! Little wonder I cant get a code.
