Used this same cashback system for some low ABV Beavertown a month or so ago and it was painless enough. Will give it a go for a pint too 🤞

Thanks for posting. Worth a try.

The photo is misleading though. A free pint then has a photo of a bottle. The wording definitely says pint. Dont want to claim cashback on the wrong drink. (edited)

I think it will be a bottle, I'm not sure ive ever seen this on tap yet this reckons three pubs all close to each other have it on tap.

Brewed in the UK I believe . Not even close to the Japanese version

I think it's actually brewed in Italy. Always found that ironic, Japanese lager brewed in Italy, Italian lager brewed in the UK.

In the midst of lockdown our local supermarket got a random shipment of Asahi 350ml cans that were brewed in Japan! Never seen them since, but I noticed a fuller (no pun intended) flavor on them (or perhaps it was in my head). (edited)

Just to hijack for a minute. Asahi you can buy in Asda, but if anyone knows where you can buy Cass beer (Korean) for a reasonable price, (other than Korea), feel free to let me know

Last time I got from Seoul Plaza in K-town ie. New Malden.
There's also H-Mart in the town which also may have.

There's a Seoul Plaza on Charing X Rd in Central London, don't know if that is easier to get to.
They may have there also but maybe charge Central London prices.

East Asian supermarkets like Wing Yip, Loon Fung, Hoo Hing etc.. also stock East Asian beers, not sure if have Cass tho but I know Seoul Plaza did.

Selected a pub (The Anchor, Cambridge) and was given a code to share via WhatsApp, but the barman had no idea what this promotion was about and didn’t accept it

    Cashback link.

Why do I have a problem with that

    Cashback. No thanks

Same for me, potentially won't work so I won't bother.

When I click through on step 3, I can't get past the WhatsApp part on my browser. When I click, continue to chat, it tells me I don't have WhatsApp installed

I had the same; works fine using your phone browser instead of your computer though. Cashback link for me so will no doubt have been exhausted by the time I get to visit my chosen bar!

Tested this using the link in the description and takes you to a map to choose the venue.

As far as I can see, because Asahi owns Fuller's, it will be a voucher code if you choose one of their pubs.

Baffles me why people wouldn't have WhatsApp.

Did you type this on a typewriter as well?

There 0.0 is also pretty good if you can find it anywhere. Asahi was definitely my perferred beer for taste rather. Unlike Carlsberg which met my Inibriati cost to pleasantly tipsy ratio (edited)

This is worth £7.30 at one of my locals. Heat!
    johnsmith1997's avatar
    Yeh ridiculous prices.
  21. Avotom's avatar
Did you ask for a reciept to make the claim? Not sure my local gives them out.
    johnsmith1997's avatar
Fullers pubs you show them a code to type in.

Other pubs you need to upload receipt and then either BACS transfer or paypal payment.

Just ask for an itemised receipt when paying.
